Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join a prestigious team in a live-in capacity. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with VVIP families or in high-end hotels and will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order in the household.
- Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the residence.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry services, and maintenance of all areas.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent service in line with the expectations of VVIP families.
- Monitor the performance of the team, providing training and guidance as necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably with VVIP families or at luxury hotels.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
