Job Description:
– Assists the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation of high-quality French dishes in a fine dining setting
– Ensures smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.
– Contributes to menu development, trains junior staff, and ensures smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.
– Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
