Job Overview:

The Sales Manager for a real estate developer is responsible for driving sales performance, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and growth targets. This role requires a strategic and operational leader who can effectively manage the entire sales cycle, develop client relationships, and oversee the successful execution of sales strategies for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
  • Create detailed sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with overall business objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
  • Resolve client issues or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations and Performance:

  • Monitor sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve team performance and profitability.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure proper documentation and closure of deals.

Market Insights and Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Suggest innovative solutions to differentiate the company’s offerings in a competitive market.
  • Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events to boost brand visibility and sales.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate development and sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.

Other Requirements:

  • Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred).
  • RERA certification (for UAE roles) or equivalent industry accreditation.
