Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to increase sales and maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance sales skills and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent education required, with a focus on business or sales preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of the industry and products being sold.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
