Job Summary:
We are seeking a personable and efficient Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all our guests. The ideal candidate should be attentive, reliable, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously as they enter the restaurant.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and friendly manner.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including any daily specials and seasonal menu changes.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and handle any complaints or issues professionally.
- Clear tables and prepare them for the next guest; maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Process payments and issue receipts as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
